1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Patchbay, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. What the service does
Patchbay lets you upload a video once, write a caption/title/hashtags per platform, and publish it to Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube Shorts through each platform's official API, using accounts you connect yourself.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to only connect social accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage, to only upload content you have the rights to publish, and to comply with each connected platform's own terms of service and community guidelines when publishing through this app. You're responsible for what you upload and post — Patchbay is a publishing tool, not a content reviewer.
4. Prohibited use
Don't use Patchbay to publish content that infringes someone else's rights, violates a connected platform's policies, or is illegal. Don't attempt to use the app to access another user's account, data, or connected platforms.
5. Third-party platforms
Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube are operated by their respective companies, not us. We're not responsible for their availability, policy changes, or moderation decisions — including a platform rejecting, removing, or restricting the visibility of something you published through this app.
6. No warranty
Patchbay is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every publish attempt will succeed, or that connected platforms' APIs will always behave as documented.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Patchbay and its developer aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost content, lost engagement, or account actions taken by a connected platform.
8. Account and data
Access tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted and used only to perform actions you explicitly initiate. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, retention, and deletion.
9. Termination
You can stop using the app and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
